Kim has extensive experience recruiting to fill mid and senior level positions for a vast array of corporations, associations, and public sector organizations.

RECRUITMENT METHODOLOGY

Kim specializes in and has a passion for head hunting, rather than relying only upon recruitment via advertising as the primary means of sourcing potential candidates. He believes this proactive, targeted approach to search delivers quality results and often yields significantly reduced recruitment costs.

The search methodology is comprehensive and thorough, beginning with needs analysis to establish the search parameters. This involves an analysis of the organization environment as well as identification of position responsibilities and development of a candidate profile. The search process itself may include file searching and research, recruitment through Kim’s private database of managers and executives, and advertising as required. Mainly, it involves personally contacting both sources and prospective candidates at organizations where activities similar to the client’s are underway. This will continue until a suitable group of candidates is established. All logical avenues are pursued, subject to any restrictions the client might set.

The evaluation and decision process includes interviews, careful reference checking, and assessment as required. Kim is with the client as required throughout the interview and selection process until an offer is formulated, negotiated, and an acceptance is forthcoming. As your search consultant, Kim’s counsel may be helpful at this stage in resolving issues. He can coordinate interviews and participate as you wish.
