Kim’s broad experience in business has given him the skills and ability to assist clients with a wide range of needs. In the Human Resources area, he has designed compensation programs and delivered management training and development programs. He has led policy reviews and implemented management succession plans and performance management systems. Kim also acts as an external HR resource for day-to-day needs as well as projects in client organizations.

In the area of Corporate Development and Organizational Change, he has conducted organizational reviews and surveys, implemented restructuring, managed downsizing (including outplacement), and carried out acquisition due diligence and implementation.

Kim approaches HR and people issues from a business perspective. He is practical, experienced, creative, and capable. His approach always is to identify needs and review alternatives with clients before deciding upon actions.
