How I Work – Coaching
by Kim Miller | April 15th, 2010As a coach, I act as an “executive exponent.†I analysis, interpret and explain. Then I advocate action. Coaching is pointless unless there is a commitment to change, to improve, to act differently.
I have developed a process to gather data, analyze, and develop objectives for change. I use it to work with senior managers and executives. I have this site to post observations and things that I have learned that may be helpful.
